New 3 bedroom cottage located on lake Barkley with electric at dock for battery charger and fish cleaning. Fresh cut 12x 38 foot cedar deck. Located 15 minutes west of Cadiz, 25 minutes of east Murray, 45 minutes south of Paducah, 2 hours north of Nashville.

There is a $500 deposit for week, $300 for dailey by credit card for this rental.
If canceled more then 30 days prior to arrival the deposit is refundable.
If reservation is canceled less then 30 days prior to arrival deposit is
refundable only if the property is able to be re rented.
The cleaning fee for this rental is $70.
